Abstract
Objective The situation of the pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance in patients with lower respiratory tract infections were analyzed, and provide guidance and basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods Select 100 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with sputum specimens were analyzed, and the separate identification of the pathogen infected parts. Results 130 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated, of which the gram-negative bacteria of 69 strains (beta lactam, highest percentages), 61 strains gram-positive (large ring lactone, the highest percentages). Conclusion Pathogenic bacteria have stronger resistance to high frequency use antibiotics, should according to the results of drug sensitive test, reasonable use of antibiotics, improve the clinical cure rate.关键词
