摘要
Abstract
Objective The reason of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with respiratory medicine and analyses the key points of clinical study.Methods Department of respiratory medicine treated 100 patients with pulmonary fungal infection,fungal infection in its reason and clinical point were analyzed retrospectively.Results 100cases, 62cases(62.0%)patients treated with antibiotics for a long time,12 patients with glucocorticoid hormone abuse(12.0%),19 patients with white candida yeastinfection(19.0%), 5patients with chemotherapy or radiotherapy (5.0%),2patients with other causes (2.0%);the data statistical y,difference ( <0.05).Conclusion Clinical prevent pulmonary fungal infection in patients with respiratory medicine can be treated lung fungal infection to disease,and gives the methods,right treating pulmonary fungal infection patients,the clinical curative ef ect significantly,clinical application and dissemination value.关键词
