Abstract
Objective The use of acupuncture and acupoint pressure for treatment of postpartum urinary retention were observed and discussed. Methods From our hospital obstetrics in December 2012~December 2013 diagnosed with postpartum urinary retention in patients with 48 cases were randomly selected as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 24 cases in each group. The control group using conventional therapy, observation group treated with the method of acupuncture and acupoint press, contrast the treatment ef ect of two groups of patients. Results By contrast, the observation group total ef ective rate was 91.67%, significantly higher than that of control group 58.33%, the dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Use of acupuncture and acupoint pressure in patients with postpartum urinary retention treatments can significantly improve the therapeutic ef ect, worth clinical promotion.关键词
