摘要
Abstract
Objective Observation of nifedipine retard-20 tablet joint Qiye Shen'an Pian of the clinical ef ect of treatment of hypertension caused by insomnia, and discuss the possible mechanism. Methods Choose to our general clinic in hypertension patients with insomnia patient 70 cases, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases, observation group was given nifedipine retard-20 tablet with Qiye Shen'an Pian therapy;Control group given nifedipine retard-20 tablet combined therapy with valium, record after curative ef ect. Results The observation group ef ective rate was 83.33%, the control ef ective rate was 66.67%, the dif erence is statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine retard-20 tablet with Qiye Shen'an Pian therapy treatment of hypertension caused by insomnia clinical ef ect is bet er than nifedipine retard-20 tablet joint stability, buck is good and stable, less ef ect, is worth wide application in the clinical practice.关键词
