Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the continuous operation of gynecological patients with heart condition, put forward corresponding nursing intervention. Methods 120 cases of gynecological continuous operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group, and to determine the preoperative blood pressure, heart rate, and nursing satisfaction. Results In the experimental group, preoperative blood pressure, heart rate lower than that of the control group ( <0.01), satisfaction is higher than the control group. Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention in al eviating continuous operation in patients with gynecologic pressure and improve patients satisfaction ef ect is bet er than the general psychological nursing, can be applied to al patients with continuous operation.关键词
