摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of liver dif use lesions in the existing ultrasonic technology, by measuring the inside diameters of hepatic veins and the dif erences degrees of Doppler flow spectrum. Methods We analysed 189 patients diagnosed as liver dif use lesions by Clinic, Biochemistry and Ultrasonography From 1st of January 2013 to 31st of December 2013, and we regard measuring the inside diameters of hepatic veins and the differences degrees of Doppler flow spectrum as the emphasis in ultrasonic inspection . Results The inside diameters of hepatic veins and the flow spectrum wil be the most impacted by Hepatocirrhosis and Hepatic schistosomiasis in al kinds of liver dif use lesions . Conclusion Measuring the inside diameters of hepatic veins and the differences degrees of Doppler flow spectrum in ultrasonic inspection is a helpful method for the diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of liver dif use lesions.关键词
