Abstract
Objective The ef ective method of massage to improve gastrointestinal function of chronic heart failure point. Methods 60 cases of hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each. Two groups were treated with conventional therapy and nursing, the observation group based on the selection, Tianshu, Zusanli, Zhongwan acupoint massage. Gastrointestinal compared two groups of patients after 14 days' function (abdominal distension, decreased appetite, constipation, diarrhea) to improve the situation. Results The total ef ective rate of the control group was 43%, total ef ective rate of observation group is 83%, the treatment effect of observation group was significantly bet er than the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture massage can ef ectively improve the gastrointestinal function in patients with chronic heart failure.关键词
