Abstract
Objective To investigate serum procalcitonin (procalcitonin, PCT) application value in detecting acute infectious fever diagnosis. Methods Patients with acute infectious fever 94 cases in June 2013~2014 in March in our hospital, according to the source of infection into bacterial infection, viral infection and sepsis groups, three groups of patients were examined before and after treatment serum PCT levels and comparative analysis of the results for the three groups. Results The three groups of serum PCT levels in patients with sepsis group in descending order, bacterial infection, viral infection between the two groups was statistical y significant ( <O.05) difference; three groups of patients after treatment serum PCT levels were significantly decreased, and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <O.05). Conclusion Detection of serum PCT levels can be used as indicators of acute infectious fever in patients with early diagnosis, dif erential diagnosis and clinical treatment of early infection in nature has a certain value.关键词
