摘要
Abstract
Objective The nursing methods of mechanical ventilation in children with congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension after operation to study. Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation were selected in our hospital in 2010 February to 2013 March were treated in the hospital, children were randomly divided into two groups of two, each of the 34 cases in the control group, patients received conventional care, the observation group in children with postoperative nursing, the complications of two groups were compared after operation. Results The observation group had complications occurred in 3 patients, the incidence rate was 8.8%; there are complications occurred in 12 patients in the control group, the incidence rate was 35.3%. The rate of complications in the observation group compared with the control group, had significant dif erences, with statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion In patients with mechanical ventilation in the process, we must consider the various aspects, for children with comprehensive nursing intervention, can ef ectively reduce the complication rate, improve the life quality of the children.关键词
