Abstract
Objective To analysis the causes of placental abruption during pregnancy, the relationship between the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of time, to investigate the relationship between the importance of early diagnosis and treatment as wel as with maternal and infant outcomes. Methods 50 cases of placental abruption causes, symptoms and signs of the disease, childbirth way, onset time and and outcomes were retrospectively analyzed. Results The pregnancy hypertension disease, premature rupture of membranes, umbilical cord factors for the onset of important incentive.The longer the onset time, heavy abruptions occurrence ratio is higher.Set of severe placental abruption in postpartum hemorrhage, uterine apoplexy, DIC, hysterectomy, death rates were significantly higher in cesarean section and perinatals light group of placental abruption. Conclusion Correct diagnosis and treatment in time is very important to improve the son ending of placental abruption.As soon as possible after diagnosis, termination of pregnancy should be determined according to the il ness weight childbirth way, reduce the maternal complications and perinatal mortality.关键词
