Abstract
Objective Study on the single newborns with fetal neonatal serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels and its clinical significance.Methods 806 puerperae who were born in The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hunan Province from May 1st, 2013 to May 1st, 2014 were studied, including 470 single birth, 336 twins and triplets. The serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D for al puerperae was assayed with the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results 167 (41.9%) puerperae in single pregnancy were suf icient in vitamin D, 197 (41.9%) puerperae were insuf icient in vitamin D, and 106 (22.6%) puerperae were deficient in vitamin D. And 85 (25.3%) puerperae in multiple pregnancy were suf icient in vitamin D, 140 (41.7%) were insufficient in vitamin D, and 111 (25.3%) were deficient in vitamin D. (35.5% v.s.25.3%,χ²=7.461,<0.05). Conclusion Insuf iciency and deficiency in vitamin D among puerperae is ubiquity and puerperae in multiple pregnancy suf ered more.关键词
