Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of Xuebijing injection on apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 in septic rats. Methods Cecal ligation perforation (CLP) models were made in rat as septic model. 60 rats were randomly divided into four groups: (A) normal group (n=6);(B) sham group (n=6), (C)CLP group (n=24);(D) CLP+xuebijing injection group (n=24). A received sham operation and the others underwent Cecal ligation perforation (CLP) operation. D group were accepted xuebijing injection after CLP models. A and B group were sacrificed on 12 hours after operation. Six rats in C and D group were sacrificed on 12h、24h、36h and 48h after operation. The apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 was assessed by flow cytometry. Results There was no significant dif erence between group A and group B on apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 ( >0.05). The apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 in group C was increased gradual y on 12 hours after operation ( <0.05). The apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 were decreased obviously on each time points in group D compared with group C ( <0.05) .Conclusion Xuebijing injection can down-regulate the apoptosis of T cells and expression of PD-1/PD-L1 in septic rats.关键词
