PBL与LBL两种教学方法在中西医结合心血管内科临床教学中的比较研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the plication of problem-based learning and lecture-based learning in clinical teaching of Integrative Cardiovascular Disease.Methods 128 cardiovascular medical interns of Traditional Chinese Mdeical Hospital XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected.They were divided randomly into the PBL group (n=63)and the LBL group (n=65)and received PBL or the LBL teaching method.Teaching ef ects were evaluated by examination and questionnaire. Results The average score and the fine rate of teaching effectiveness in PBL group are significantly higher than that of LBL group. Conclusion The teaching ef ectiveness of PBL is bet er than that of LBL, and PBL should be extensively applied in clinical teaching of Integrative Cardiovascular Disease.关键词
