Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of dif erent blue light irradiation for the treatment of neonatal jaundice, provide the basis for clinical medicine. Methods In our hospital in 2011 January ~2013 year children with neonatal jaundice in July 144 cases, were randomly divided into indirect Blu ray irradiation group and the continuous blue light group with 72 cases in each group, analysis of two groups of treatment of children. Results There was no significant difference in treatment ef ect, with indirect Blu ray irradiation group and the continuous blue light group >0.05, the incidence of adverse reaction of indirect Blu ray irradiation group (31.9%) was significantly lower than the continuous blue light group (48.6%), <0.05. Conclusion Indirect Blu ray irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice has the advantages of good ef ect, less adverse reaction, is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
