Abstract
Objective The application value of color Doppler in the diagnosis of lower limb arterial disease of diabetic patients. Methods From 2011 February to 2012 October in our hospital 60 patients as the research object, 30 cases of diabetic patients to take the observation group, the other 30 cases of non diabetic patients as the control group, the use of two groups of patients were detected by color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. The incidence of arterial disease in lower limbs were compared between the two groups of subjects. Results In this study, the study group (DM group) the risk of lower extremity arterial disease was significantly higher than the control group, the observation group was 83.33%, 20% in the control group, there was statistically significant dif erence between the two groups ( < 0.05), and compare the two groups of popliteal artery, tibial artery and internal diameter and blood flow the dorsal artery of foot change, study group significantly below popliteal artery and small artery disease, mainly for the tube diameter is smal er and the reduction of blood flow, the dif erences between groups were statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The study group of diabetic patients more susceptible to lower limb atherosclerosis, early occurs in the small vessels in the distal limb, il ness development is rapid, using color Doppler ultrasound for early detection of such patients, can clearly understand the blood vessels of lower limbs in patients with diabetes, to early prevention, early treatment, so for diabetic lower extremity vascular disease, color Doppler ultrasonography has important clinical value.关键词
