Abstract
Objective To investigate the emergency rescue measures for severe heroin poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 emergency rescue cases for heroin poisoning from 1998 to 2010. Results The successful rescued 27 patients, the survival rate is 90%, 3 patients died, the mortality rate is 10%. Conclusion Rapid diagnosis, rapid rescue, endotracheal intubation artificial ventilation as soon as possible, adequate oxygen, establishment of intravenous access, early timely use of large doses of naloxone, can improve the success rate of severe acute heroin intoxication, to further improve emergency heroin poisoning rescue measures is also very important aspects.关键词
