Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of dif erent anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Ol ecting 200 cases of maternal line of cesarean section in our, according to dif erent anesthesia were divided into group A (epidural) 100 cases and group B (waist hard joint anesthesia) of 100 cases clinical ef ect observation contrast two groups. Results Anesthesia work time and the degree of muscle relaxant and analgesic effect is obviously bet er than the waist hard joint anesthesia epidural anesthesia, the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant ( < 0.05); Incidence of adverse reactions (hypotension, nausea), waist hard joint than epidural group, two groups compare the dif erence was statistical y significant ( < 0.05); Otherwise no statistical significance ( > 0.05). Conclusion The advantages and disadvantages of each different anesthesia in prevention of hypotension of control ability, waist hard joint anesthesia in cesarean section, the application of more is bet er than that of epidural anesthesia.关键词
