Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical emergency treatment and nursing in our hospital 1 cases of acute myocardial infarction and sudden ventricular fibril ation. Methods By selecting the Division I in June 5, 2014 to rescue 1 cases of sudden ventricular fibril ation acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction patient data analysis. Results Due to timely treatment, in stable condition in hospital, was discharged after 11 days. Conclusion The rich clinical experience, judgment condition accurately, proficient in the operation of electric defibril ation, rapid, accurate use of emergency medicine, emergency PCI operation is the key to the success of first aid.
