Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ective rescue patients and correct nursing measures of acute alcoholism, to improve the ef icacy, shorten the course of treatment, reduce complications. Methods 119 cases of acute alcohol poisoning first aid and nursing were retrospectively analyzed. Results 119 patients through the implementation of emetic, gastric lavage, naloxone wake-up, rehydration, treatment of complications, ensure the unimpeded respiratory tract, first aid and nursing measures, after treatment, 0.5h ~ 6h consciousness turned clear, the observed average 12h were cured. Conclusion The dif erent treatment and nursing measures for different patients, treatment and nursing measures correctly is the key to ef ective treatment of acute alcohol poisoning.关键词
