Abstract
Objective Hierarchical management methods used in the clinical nursing management, explore the measures and application value. Methods Our hospital 100 nursing staf as the research object, its were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 each, with the control group only in accordance with the routine clinical nursing management method of nursing, observation group line hierarchical management approach. Results After the hierarchical management group al work of the nurses in nursing management score than the control group were significantly higher in group care for patients with higher satisfaction, group dif erences statistically significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management applied in the clinical nursing management methods achieve good ef ect, improve the level and quality of nursing staf 's work, patient satisfaction also increased obviously, have positive clinical significance.关键词
