Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment of diabetic hypoglycemic coma grass-roots hospital first aid. Methods Analysis of our hospital "120" pre hospital emergency in 2011 January to 2013 November were examined in 21 patients with diabetic hypoglycemic coma, summary treatment experience. Results 3 cases of patients after 10 minutes of consciousness turned clear, families and patients refuse to transport, signed and returned. 16 patients in 30 minutes consciousness turned clear, were observed according to the change of disease. 2 cases of rapid determination of glucose in elderly patients is lower than that of 1.1mmmol/L, review the plasma glucose over 6.0mmol/L, consciousness has not been restored, examination of the head CT no new lesions, income specialist to continue treatment. Conclusion The detection of blood glucose using the fast blood glucose meter prehospital emergency treatment, the patients under effective control, is the pre hospital emergency treatment effect was satisfactory, the required equipment is simple, clear advantages of medication, side ef ects of the medication.关键词
