Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ects of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)in early nursing intervention.Methods Select our hospital neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in 85 cases,in accordance with the randomly were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group on the basis of this,take early nursing interventions,nursing ef ects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group with 1 months of birth weight,intake of milk,neurobehavioral scores were higher than those in the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).The observation group with 6 months of language,fine motor,big movement,adaptability evaluation are higher than those in the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).The observation group with 12 months of language,fine motor,big movement,adaptability evaluation are higher than those in the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can have beneficial ef ects on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,improve the prognosis,bet er than the routine nursing care.关键词
