Abstract
Objective Before surgery in children with cleft palate repair surgery and postoperative care experience. Methods Summarized 22 cases of cleft palate in our hospital in January 2014 to June "Smile Train" project repair surgery in children before surgery experience and postoperative care process. Results 22 cases were in children undergoing surgery went wel , without respiratory complications, wound healing grade. Conclusion Strengthen missionary preoperative and postoperative care for the families of children with proper surgery to enhance confidence in al types of postoperative complications, postoperative rehabilitation plays an important role.关键词
