Abstract
Objective To investigate the dif erence between blind detection method and ultrasound guided intra right internal jugular vein catheterization. Methods 60 cases of burn patients need central venous catheterization were randomly divided into groups and blind ultrasound probe group, each with 30 cases were observed in a puncture success rate, assembly power, puncture time and complications incidence, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The use of ultrasound group and a success rate higher than the blind assembly power exploration group, puncture time and complication rate of less than blind exploration group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided line internal jugular vein catheterization with conventional surface anatomic landmarks puncture relatively high success rate, fewer complications, and reduced the repeated puncture damage to the patient, suf ering and disputes.关键词
