Abstract
Objective Minimal y invasive total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in elderly super-surgical method and results of operations.Methods Hip joints with modified posterolateral incision (Wat-son3/Jones incision) Total hip arthroplasty for over-aged (85~99 years) 38 cases of femoral neck fracture, in the operative time, blood loss, incision length, operation After the pain and drainage, complications, hospital days, hospital charges, Har is score with a traditional total hip arthroplasty were compared. Results Minimal y invasive group (smal-incision group) 38 patients with intraoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, hospital stay, hospital costs are clearly reduced, not only to promote early activity and no ef ect on the results of operations. Conclusion A smal incision with less trauma, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, short hospital stay, less complications and lower chances of infection benefits. Minimal y invasive total hip replacement surgery is the treatment of femoral neck fracture in elderly ef ective means.关键词
