淋巴结活检术在HIV/AIDS合并颈部淋巴结核诊断中的应用
Lymph Node Biopsy in the Diagnosis of HIV/AIDS with Neck Lymph Node Tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective Explore HIV / AIDS with neck clinical features of the lymphatic system and lymph node biopsy in the diagnosis of HIV/AIDS with neck lymph node tuberculosis . Methods Retrospective analysis of lymph node biopsy tissue sections of 168 cases of cervical lymph nodes of AIDS patients, clinical data, image data, T lymphocyte subsets, incision secretions bacterial smear and culture. Results 168 specimens obtained by surgery, the pathological diagnosis of 102 patients with lymph node tuberculosis, including CD4+<100 cells/μL lymph node tuberculosis positive rate is higher than the other groups (χ2=5.44,<0.05). 168 patients with a total of four cases of wound infection, sinus formation two cases wound secretions to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Al patients had no major complications of the esophagus, trachea injury. Conclusion Lymph node biopsy is the main method in the diagnosis of HIV/or AIDS with neck lymphatic node tuberculosis.关键词
