Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical manifestation of senile and non senile anxiety, factors related with anxiety. Methods 81 cases of patients with anxiety disorder in 2010 December~2012 year in December during theselection in our hospital, the diagnosis of 81 cases of patients were treated with CCMD-3, and in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders. 81 patients with anxiety disorder patients were divided into old age group and non old age group, including 40 cases of the first 60 years of age or older patients with old age, 41 patients with first-episode age <60years old patients and non elderly group. Comparison and analysis of theclinical data of the two groups, and two groups of patients regularly using HAMA scale assessment, clinical treatment ef ects were compared between the two groups of patients. Results In the body disease, the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the non elderly group, from the HAMAtotal score, the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the non elderly group, the treatment of senile group 2 months the total ef iciency ofthe total ef iciency is lower than the non elderly group, the dif erence between groups was significant ( <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical features of anxiety, senile and non senile showed significantly dif erent,anxiety, non aged treatment ef ect was significantly higher than that of elderly anxiety disorder treatment.关键词
