Abstract
Objective Discussion on the application of great saphenous vein high ligation combined endovenous lasertreatment of varicose great saphenous vein during operation, complication and treatment period. Methods From 2012 01 to 2013 01 months, 68 patients with 97 lesions of great saphenous vein, saphenous vein high ligation combined endovenous laser treatment. Results This group of 68 cases of great saphenous vein high ligation combined endovenous laser treatment,operation, were cured and discharged, no deaths or serious complications, hospitalization for 3 to 15 days, the average (5.5±2.6) days, no wound infection after operation, 57 limbs (58.76%) there are dif erent degrees of lower limb swel ing, 2 days to 4 days. 78 limbs (80.41%) with local abnormal sensation. 82 limbs (84.53%) along the great saphenous vein or branch to palpable induration, thefol ow-up review, 2~8 weeks of symptoms gradual y subsided. 1 limbs (1.03%) skin injury. Conclusion Great saphenous vein high ligation combined endovenous laser treatment operation is a safe and ef ective method, the success rate of operation and near the middle of the exact ef ect, can be used as the prefer ed method of treatment of varicose veins, treatment at the same time pay at ention to the prevention of complications.关键词
