Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of psychological nursing with application of preoperative patients of tonsil. Methods From our hospital in the years 2010-2012 treated by operation treatment tonsil enucleation in 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases. The control group were treated with routine nursing care, the patients in observation group received the psychological nursing intervention measures. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group patients anxiety condition is superior, both with statistical significance ( <0.05) contrast. Conclusion The application of tonsils removed the patients according to the psychological nursing intervention measures, can ef ectively reduce the anxiety of patients before operation, can be completed in operation, improve clinical ef iciency, worthy of promotion.关键词
