摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the process of quality care for patients with operation, to improve the application and ef ect of satisfaction. Methods 100 cases of patients treated in our hospital, were divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group, the control group using conventional methods of care, ful of high quality nursing service based in the experimental group received routine nursing method. Results The experimental group anxiety and tension was significantly lower than the control group; the postoperative recovery and satisfaction are higher than those of control group. Conclusion The whole course high quality nursing service can greatly al eviate the patients in preoperative anxiety, improve the success rate of operation, improve the satisfaction.关键词
