Abstract
Objective To investigate the mandibular foramen injection of absolute alcohol for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia third curative ef ect. Methods In 1994 June ~2004 year in July in the trigeminal nerve disease third patients in Department of stomatology in our hospital for medical treatment of patients with 50 cases, using anhydrous sperm mandibular foramen injection;content of about 1.2~1.5ml, to evaluate the ef ect of treatment. Results Al the 50 patients obtained obvious analgesic ef ect;basic no oral Ma Xiping drug;analgesic time of 6 months, the longest 8 years and 2 months, with an average of 2 years and 5 months, recur ence, injection of analgesic ef ect.Conclusion The mandibular foramen of anhydrous alcohol injection in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is an ef ective method of third branch. This therapy has the advantages of simple operation, safety, ef icacy. Harm to human body, no need special instrument, method can be used as oral medication invalid priority;in addition, for trigeminal neuralgia radiofrequency thermocoagulation recur ence, ethanol injection is stil valid.关键词
