Abstract
Objective To summarize the therapeutic significance of emergency tracheotomy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of data of 65 cases of tracheotomy in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Results One died during the operation of 65 cases of tracheotomy in 61 patients after extubation, the average waiting time for 10~15 days, 4 cases with primary disease aggravation of death, 2 cases of subcutaneous emphysema, 3 cases of hemorrhage. Conclusion Tracheotomy for patients with severe craniocerebral injury to save lives, reduce complications and promote early rehabilitation is important.关键词
