摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the viral liver disease characteristics and clinical application of serum biochemical test index value.Methods Choosing 90 patients admit ed to our hospital with liver diseases as the research object,the test of two groups of patients with CHE,AST,TBL,A/G,TP and associates indicators and record,by contrast to patients in the general population the above indexes content analysis of viral liver disease characteristics of serum biochemical test indicators.Results Two groups of patients the biochemical indexes of the comparison results have bigger dif erence,the concrete manifestation is as fol ows:observation group of patients with serum cholinesterase content significantly lower than the control group of patients with content,and A/G value is lower than the control group,total bilirubin and bile acid content is higher than the control group obviously,comparing dif erences between two groups,with statistical significance ( <0.05).Conclusion CHE,AST,TBL,A/G,TP,associates and ALP indicators such as biochemical test results can be viral liver disease diagnosis play A guiding role in the process,as long as the clear change characteristics of patients serum content of the above indicators,can provide useful basis for the patient's diagnosis,at the same time help the physician to evaluate the patient.关键词
