Abstract
Objective To explore quality control circles management in reducing the mixed hemor hoid peel prick the hand stitch postoperative pain in ef ect.Methods Set up quality management circle activity groups,Established to reduce mixed hemor hoid external strip inside take out stitches surgery in patients with pain as active subject,Analyses the reason of take out stitches after mixed hemor hoid surgery in patients with pain,In view of the reason,setgoals,Make improvement plan,Car y Out The Improvement,Evaluate the ef ect.Results After car y out quality management circle activity,Take out stitches in patients with mixed hemor hoid surgery significantly reduce pain.Conclusion Implement quality management circle activity can significantly reduce the patient's pain.关键词
