Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of lidocaine hydrochloride mucilageon tracheal intubation. Methods Retrospective analysis in 2010 March to 2013March 120 cases of operation patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical data, were recorded in two groups before intubation, intubation after 5min HR (heart rate), SBP (SBP) DBP (DBP), observed 2h after intubation the patient's throat comfort degree of patients, record the throat department and the operation incision pain, drying, burning and other discomfort. Results The lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage coated on the tracheal catheter tip, patients with tracheal catheter tolerance than the control group, the low incidence ofpharyngeal abnormal sense. Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride as the trachealcatheter lubricant can improve the tolerance to the tracheal catheter patients,thereby reducing the extubation cardiovascular side ef ect, and reduce thecomplications of pharynx.关键词
