摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of preoperative pain degree (VAS score)on postoperative epidural analgesia.Methods Two hundred patients undergoing cesarean section and require for postoperative analgesia were divided into 4 groups according to preoperative pain degree (VAS score):group A:VAS=0;group B:0<VAS≤3;group C:3<VAS≤5;group D:VAS>5;PCEA formula:0.1%ropivacaine 200ml+sufentanil 0.2ug/ml,the maintenance dose was 4ml/ml,PCA dose 1ml/second,locking time was 15min and the duration of PCEA was 48h.VAS was applied for evaluating analgesia ef ects and Sid ef ects of al groups were observed.Results There were no significant dif erence between four groups in analgesia ( >0.05).Conclusion Preoperative pain degree has no ef ects on postoperative epidural analgesia.关键词
