Abstract
Objective To investigate the performance appraisal used in the operating room nurse ef ects of information management systems. Methods From January to December 2013 in our hospital operating room nurses 60 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group information management application performance evaluation, the control group of the original performance appraisal method, comparing two nursing assessment method satisfaction and performance time required to participate in the assessment, as wel as the surgeon, anesthesiologist, operating room patient satisfaction for nurses. Results The study group in nursing satisfaction, surgeons, anesthetists, patient satisfaction assessment aspects of operating room nurses higher ( <0.05), the time required for examination shorter than the control group ( <0.05 ), the dif erences were statistical y significant.Conclusion The nurse performance appraisal information management, can improve nurses, surgeons, anesthetists, patient satisfaction and shorten the required performance appraisal time, improve quality of care and the operating room ef iciency.关键词
