Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of TCM treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods From March 2011 to May 2014 treated 400 cases of patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,200 cases for each group of patients.Chinese medicine group use the comprehensive therapy such as oral Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment;Western medicine USES method of conventional western medicine treatment.15 days after the treatment ef ect of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After a course of 15 days of treatment can be found that the total ef ective rate of TCM group in the treatment of ischemic stroke was 98.0%,significantly higher than the western medicine group,85.5%of the patients with Chinese medicine group of NIHSS and ADL scores are higher than western medicine group.Conclusion The therapeutic ef ect of TCM on the treatment of ischemic stroke is very significant,can ef ectively improve the patient's quality of life,ensure the patient's life,is worth promoting.关键词
