摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the patients medical records management role in preventing medical disputes.Methods 400 cases set to observe group and observation group,compared pass percent and disputes number.Results The observation group medical record qualified higher control group;Observation group dispute number less than control group ( <0.05). Conclusion To strengthen medical record management can ef ectively reduce medical disputes,reduce the medical risk,promote medical treatment development.关键词
