Abstract
Objective Explore the soft silicone polymer foam dressings emergency clinical curative ef ect for the treatment of refractory wounds.Methods 60 patients with refractory wound were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The treatment group used after routine surgical debridement soft silicone foam dressing therapy; The control group in the conventional treatment process after routine surgical debridement.Comparison of two groups after treatment of 4 weeks cure rate and patients' satisfaction.Results 4 weeks after treatment, the treatment group cure rate and satisfaction rate were higher than the control group ( < 0.05).Conclusion Soft silicone polymer foam dressings can promptly absorb wound drainage, keep wounds moist, promote wound healing, in the treatment of refractory wounds clinical curative ef ect is distinct, patient satisfaction is high, and simple operation, easy to master, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
