摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic inspection of corpus luteum hematoma on women with unexplained abdominal pain. Methods For 110 patients in our hospital in February 2014 to July to our hospital gynecology outpatient clinics were corpus luteum ultrasound examination and fol ow-up, the clinical characteristics of patients are premenstrual lower abdominal pain, no fever. Physical examination no tenderness, no rebound tenderness, abdominal tenderness, some patients showed a weak positive, or tenderness, pain points more specific limitations, and the exclusion of abdominal and pelvic benign and malignant tumors. Biochemical tests leukocytes and neutrophils were normal. Menstrual cycle observed in patients 16 to 28 days luteal case, the corpus luteum hematoma in 69 cases, 1 to 2 weeks after the fol ow-up of 61 patients. Results 61 cases of hematoma formation can confirm the corpus luteum. Ultrasound fol ow-up of patients 41 cases of luteal hematoma absorption smal er; 17 cases no significant change in size; in three cases of abdominal pain in patients admit ed to hospital, diagnosed with corpus luteum hematoma bleeding. Conclusion Abdominal and vaginal examination luteal menstrual situation and observe unexplained abdominal pain and early luteal hematoma is directly related to the display luteal hematoma women with unexplained abdominal pain has important clinical value.关键词
