Abstract
Objective High-risk type HPV-DNA testing value in screening of cervical lesions were studied.Methods Materials chosen since December 2011~December 2013 in our hospital treated 968 cases of patients,al adopt HPV DNA testing,and for al patients with pathological biopsy,with the result as the gold standard in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Results High risk type HPV-187 patients wil be displayed after DNA tests for cervical lesions,421 patients in high-risk human papil oma virus infection.Type and high-risk human papil oma virus infection,cervical lesions in dif erent age structure,production time,at times,initial age,sex,comparison between regional dif erences statistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion For cervical lesion screening to high-risk type HPV-DNA tests as the main way of testing,it has significant clinical significance and research value,is worth popularizing major medical structure of clinical use.关键词
