Abstract
Infectious HFMD is caused by intestinal virus, occurred in children under 5 years of age, early onset of flu-like symptoms appear, fever may last 4-5 days. Can cause hand, foot, mouth and other parts of herpes, few children can cause myocarditis, pulmonary edema, aseptic meningitis and other complications. If individual children with severe progression of the disease quickly lead to death. HFMD caused by enterovirus 20 species (type), Coxsackie virus A group 16,4,5,9,10 type, group B 2,5-type, as wel as enterovirus 71, are as foot and mouth disease is more common pathogens, with coxsackievirus A16 (Cox A16) and enterovirus 71 (EV 71) is the most common.关键词
