Abstract
Since the implementation of HIS, the initial scale of informatization has been improving in smal army hospitals. However, smal hospitals are stil facing problems of talent shortage, technology lag and other practical issues. A clear understanding of cur ent construction status and targets wil help to improve staf management and the utilization of resources. In order to complete informatization construction, hospitals should exploit their own advantages, as wel as cooperate with other institutions.关键词
