Abstract
Students' archives are very important for graduates. They are the records of students' lives, learning and social activities in schools and the witness of historical records of students' growth. some universities do not improve the management of students' archives with their increasing importance. The author takes the archives of new staf and the staf with continuing educational background in a third-grade class-A hospital in recent five years for example to conduct statistical analysis, and the results show that more than 50% of the archives transferred from universities to the hospital exist problems, but the employing unit requires complete archives to handle registration procedures, and hence, make the students to shut le between the various schools and vocational counsel centers and to supplement lack of materials, decrease the students' burden and provide the chief reference and evidence for staf 's assessment, selection and position transfer in future.关键词
