Abstract
Objective Make a statistical analysis of causes of blood scrapped,explore ways to reduce blood scrapped, ef ectively protect the blood resources, and improve comprehensive service ability of the blood center. Methods Compare tne blood scrap rate from 2011 to 2013 of our center, make a Statistical analysis of the composition of blood scrapped varieties, then search and analysis reasons for blood scrapped. Results The blood scrap rate shows a rising trend year by year, and the highest scrap rate of blood varieties is plasma( :13.4%),then is the suspended red blood cel( :10.06%);Among the reasons for blood scrapped , The highest scrap rate is the rise of ALT ( :62.38%),and then is the significantly rise year by year of fat blood ( :13.89%), HBsAg positive ( :7.72%), Other test items in the lab ( :7.98%),and the antibody of syphilis positive ( :5.99%). Conclusion The key method to reduce blood scrapped is the consultation and screening of blood donors, at the same time we should do the process control from multiple links such as the personnel, materials, equipment, donors publicity and education, donor,screening,and the col ection, preparation, storage, transportation, distributionof blood and so on.关键词
