摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of continuous hypodermic injection of morphine by analgesia pump (PCA pump) in the treatment of advanced cancer. Methods 30 cases of intractable cancer patients with the treatment of hypodermic injection of large dose of morphine by patient-control ed analgesia pump, using digital assessment method to al eviate the degree of pain assessment. Results in this group, 15 cases were completely relieved,9 cases were obviously relieved,6 cases were moderately relieved, the ef ective remission rate was 100%. Conclusion The continuous hypodermic injection of morphine is an ideal, safe, economic, scientific, practical,simple and easy method, and with the advantages of simple operation, strong analgesic ef ect,and satisfied ef ect, not only for reducing repeated intramuscular injection into pain, but also improving the life quality of cancer patients.关键词
