摘要
Abstract
Objective To contrast study the needle was smal incision fixation with smal incision youth plate internal fixation for clavicle middle type A fractures of the clinical curative ef ect.Methods Selection our hospital 2012.2~2012.2 the treated 82 patients with fracture of clavicle middle type A,depending operation and the needle was divided into internal fixation group(40cases)and steel plate internal fixation group (42cases),compared two groups of patients with fixed ef ect.Results Gram needle fixation treatment group patients was 85.00%,fine steel plate internal fixation group patients was 85.71%,and there was no statistical y significant dif erence clinical ef icacy ( >0.05).But bone healing rate was70.00%,the steel plate internal fixation group was45.23%,which significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion Smal incision gram needle fixation and smal incision plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture are feasible,postoperative patients with bone healing fast,but its easy to loosen;Accompanied by a relatively large and smal incision plate fixation surgery injury,patients with bone healing slowly,but its fixed high stability.Therefore,doctors need to determine the surgical plan according to patients with specific symptoms.关键词
