Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids hysteroscopy Preoperative Nursing. Methods The patients with uterine fibroids choose our hospital 48 routine hysteroscopy treatment as research subjects, clinical data and preoperative nursing methods were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients were successful y operated, two cases of postoperative abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding four cases, after symptomatic treatment, the symptoms gradual y ease, no serious complications occur ed. This group of patients surgical time was 6~40min, average (24.5±5.6) min, blood loss between 5~45ml, average (25.5±4.6) ml, hospital stay was 2~7d, average (3.4±1.6 ) d. Al patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a safe, ef ective, minimal y invasive treatment of uterine fibroids, and in preoperative enhanced care, surgery for the smooth implementation of safeguards to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications is of great significance.关键词
