Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef icacy of omeprazole and cimetidine in treating patients with gastric ulcer.Methods In our hospital from 2012 February to 2014 February were treated 86 cases of patients with gastric ulcer were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the observation group,the clinical total ef ective rate was 93.02%(40/43)was significantly higher than that in control group 74.42%(32/43),the dif erence was significant (χ2=13.210, <0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole treatment of stress gastric ulcer patients,and improve the level of serum pH value of gastric juice,gastric hormone,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
